About the Program

MIAP is a multidisciplinary degree program, preparing students for successful careers in global agriculture. Blending theory, practical knowledge, and hands-on experience, the program prepares students to make significant contributions to the field of international agriculture. We offer multiple customizable degree paths for our students to choose from to meet their personal goals.

Admission Requirements

  • 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA Scale
    • *GPAs on a 5.0 scale MUST be converted to a 4.0 scale*
  • Statement of purpose
  • 2 professional reference letters
  • Academic transcript(s)
  • International students are required to submit TOEFL or IELTS scores
  • No GRE required

Academic Common Market

The Academic Common Market, coordinated by the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB), enables students to pursue out-of-state college degrees at in-state tuition rates through agreements among participating colleges and universities. As one of only five international agriculture graduate programs offered in the nation, the Master of In­ternational Agriculture Program at Oklahoma State University is offered through the Academic Common Market to students from other states in the region at in-state tuition rates.
