- William E. Brown Memorial Scholarship
Sponsor: The late William E. Brown, former agricultural education teacher from Tillman Count
$500 scholarship awarded to a freshman agricultural education student from Oklahoma pursuing teacher education. Award given based on financial need.

$500 awarded to an undergraduate agricultural education student from Oklahoma. Priority consideration given to a candidate whose aspiration is to be an agricultural education teacher.

Approximately $25,000 awarded annually. The number of scholarships given is determined by annual income of scholarship trusts. Scholarships awarded based on leadership, scholastic ability and financial need. The OSU Agricultural Education Scholarship, Inc. Board of Directors selects scholarship recipients. Incoming freshmen, transfer and continuing students may apply for the regular OSU Agricultural Education Scholarship which awards $1,000 to $1,500 for one semester.

- Leonard Hunter Memorial Scholarship
Sponsors: Doug and Beth Jackson of Enid, Okla.
Leonard Hunter was a long-time agriculture teacher at Kingfisher, Okla. $2,500 awarded annually. Preference given to an agricultural education student in financial need with a strong academic record.

- OAETA Student Teacher Scholarship
Five $100 scholarships awarded to seniors preparing for their student teaching experience. OAETA District Vice Presidents review and rank each applicant. Scholarships awarded in both fall and spring semesters.

Agricultural Communications Scholarships
- Agricultural Communications Alumni Scholarship
One to three scholarships ($100 to $500) awarded annually to students enrolled full-time in agricultural communications by the Department of Agricultural Education, Communications and Leadership. Selection based on academic achievement, involvement in Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow, leadership activities and financial need.

- Farm Bureau Internship Scholarship
Each summer, the Oklahoma Farm Bureau Corporate Communications and Public Relations Division hires an intern to provide technical and creative support for the division while gaining valuable work-place experience. This job requires the college course work equivalent to a junior in Agricultural Communications at Oklahoma State University; agricultural communications graduate students also may apply. The intern is provided a $3,000 scholarship.

$500 award for an undergraduate majoring in agricultural communications. - Dr. Alexander Magruder Memorial Scholarship
Sponsor: Edna Magruder Kelsall
$1,000 award given to a junior or senior student majoring in agricultural communications or agricultural communications/animal science. Preference given to students who demonstrate excellence in communications, academics and leadership. First preference given to applicants from Oklahoma.
Application: To be eligible for this scholarship, students must complete the Ferguson College of Agriculture Scholarship Application (for continuing students) or the OSU Scholarship application in the OSU Admission Application packet (for transfer students or entering freshmen).
Applicants also must complete the CASNR scholarship application and write a short historical paper on the life of Dr. Alexander Magruder and his significance to OSU and Oklahoma agriculture.
- Amanda Money Memorial Scholarship
Sponsor: A fund has been established and donations are being sought to support an endowed scholarship in her memory. Until the endowment is reached, an anonymous donor will support this $500 scholarship in her memory.
An award given in memory of Amanda Money, a sophomore agricultural communications student who tragically lost her life in an automobile crash on her way back to campus after the Bedlam football game in November 2006. The recipient of this scholarship must be a full-time sophomore in Agricultural Communications with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

- Ernest Shiner Memorial Scholarship

$500 award for a full-time student majoring in agricultural communications pursuing a career in print media.

- Shannon Rae Webb Denniston Agricultural Communications Scholarship
Sponsor: Shannon Denniston, an alumnus of the Agricultural Communications Program
A $1,000 scholarship given to Agricultural Communications students from Oklahoma.The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at Oklahoma State University in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. The recipient must be majoring in Agricultural Communications and must have a GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Selection preference shall be given to students who graduated from a high school located in one of the following Oklahoma counties: Washita, Custer, Kiowa, Beckham or Roger Mills.

- Wirt Family Scholarship for Agricultural Communications
Established in 2011, this scholarship goes to students majoring in Agricultural Communications and is a $500 award. The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at Oklahoma State University in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. The recipient must be majoring in Agricultural Communications and must have a GPA of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
