Course Learning Outcomes

This course will provide students with a unique international experience emphasizing various aspects of agricultural sciences and natural resources fields. Students will be exposed to the history, culture, economy, agriculture and current issues in Costa Rica and Central America.

 

Highlights

  • Tour the city of San Jose and learn about Tico etiquette and traditions.
  • Visit local farms and plantations, as well as national parks and monuments.
  • Enjoy beach and hiking time, a crocodile safari tour and a wildlife boat tour.
